We only serve cold water oysters from the Pacific Northwest and the New England coasts. We offer a great spectrum of flavors and textures of this spectacular delicacy. Along with the large oyster selections available in the oyster bar are other wonderful delicacies that include the popular seafood cocktail platters, smoked salmon and Big Eye Tuna tartar. The cocktail platters of chilled Alaskan King Crab, Maine Lobster, and jumbo cocktail shrimp are a favorite.
The Splash Oyster Bar is open for lunch with a spectacular selection of specialty menu items. It is a relaxing change of pace from the harried traditional lunch places. Some customer favorites include: the blue crab and shrimp louie salad, the crab cake lunch plate and the fresh made fish n chips. Of course... Oysters make a great lunch too.
