The Splash Oyster Bar has the largest selection of cold water oysters in the State of Iowa. We only select the best variety of cold water oysters from the East and West coasts to offer a great spectrum of flavors and textures of the spectacular delicacy. Along with the fantastic oyster selections available in the oyster bar, other great delicacies include the popular seafood cocktail platters, smoked salmon and Big Eye Tuna tartar. The cocktail platters are comprised of chilled Alaskan King Crab, Maine Lobster, and jumbo cocktail shrimp.

The Splash Oyster Bar is open for lunch with a great selection of specialty menu items for a nice change from traditional lunch places. Some of the customer favorites include: the blue crab and shrimp louie salad, the crab cake lunch plate and the fresh made fish n chips. And, of course, oysters make a great lunch too.
