This class is a great primer to the delicious phenomenon that is whiskey. Rex will begin with bourbon and rye, then cross the pond to explore Irish, Scotch, and other whiskies from around the globe. If you are new to whiskey, or even just identify and whiskey-curious, this is the class for you! 

Ireland may well be the place where whiskey was invented. This class will examine, in some depth, both the different varieties of Irish whiskies, as well as the history and folklore that surround this incredible spirit

If the Irish invented whiskey, then the Scots perfected it. This session examines the interesting history, as well as the many different styles of Scotch whisky. Scotch, like fine wine, can often be cloaked in pretension. That will not be the case in this class; so come expecting some new discoveries, a few mispronunciations, and an incredible evening!
